Reliable Delivery from Our U.S. Warehouses
At Madenwell, most orders ship from our U.S. local warehouses, so your home upgrades can arrive faster and with fewer surprises. Smaller home goods ship through standard parcel carriers, while oversized items such as bathtubs are delivered by freight carrier with special handling.
Before You Order
For oversized items, please make sure your delivery address, phone number, driveway access, and receiving schedule are accurate before checkout.
- We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
- Most orders ship free from our U.S. local warehouses.
- Remote-area delivery fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout or confirmed by our support team.
- White-glove delivery is not automatically included. Please contact us before placing your order if you need this service.
Shipping Timeframes
The timeframes below are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, and appointment availability for freight delivery.

Shipping Costs
Most orders include free standard shipping. For remote areas, limited-access locations, or oversized freight destinations, additional delivery fees may apply. Any applicable shipping surcharge will be shown at checkout when available, or confirmed by our customer service team before delivery is arranged.

Oversized Freight Delivery
Large products such as bathtubs are shipped by freight carrier and delivered with special handling. These shipments are different from regular parcel deliveries.
Important: Oversized items are typically delivered curbside or to the end of your driveway. Standard freight delivery does not include carrying the item inside your home, upstairs, into a room, or to a warehouse space.
- The carrier may contact you in advance to schedule a delivery window.
- Freight deliveries are generally made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Someone must be present to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery.
- The delivery truck must be able to safely access your property. Please notify us in advance of narrow roads, steep driveways, gates, low-clearance areas, or other access restrictions.
- Freight carriers can only unload on firm, flat, and safe ground. Pallet jacks cannot be safely operated on steep slopes, gravel, soft ground, or uneven surfaces.
- Missed appointments, incorrect addresses, inaccessible delivery locations, or failed delivery attempts may result in additional shipping, redelivery, or storage fees.
Inspection Required Before Signing
Please inspect oversized items carefully before signing the delivery receipt. This is especially important for bathtubs, vanities, mirrors, and other fragile or heavy items.
- If the item arrives damaged, write the specific damage on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment.
- Do not sign the delivery receipt until you have checked the packaging and the product condition as much as reasonably possible.
- If you sign without noting damage, the shipment may be considered received in good condition, and carrier damage claims may be denied.
- Take clear photos of the packaging, product, shipping label, and any visible damage before contacting our support team.
White-Glove Delivery
White-glove service is available by request in select areas and must be arranged with our customer service team before delivery. This service may include additional handling beyond standard curbside freight delivery, depending on your location and the carrier’s availability.
White-glove service requires advance appointment scheduling and may involve an additional service fee. It does not include plumbing, electrical work, product installation, removal of old items, or disposal of packaging unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Address Changes & Delivery Restrictions
- Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate before submitting your order.
- Address changes after shipment may require carrier approval and may result in additional fees.
- We do not ship oversized or freight items to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or similar non-standard delivery addresses.
- For buildings with elevators, loading docks, gated access, appointment rules, or property management requirements, please contact us before delivery is scheduled.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number and carrier information to the email address used at checkout. You can also track your order through our order tracking page.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple products, they may ship separately from different warehouse locations or with different carriers. In that case, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Delays
We work hard to ship orders on time, but delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier backlogs, remote-area routing, customs processing, or freight appointment availability. If your shipment appears delayed, please contact our support team and we will help check the status with the carrier.

Standard freight delivery is curbside or driveway-end delivery only. The driver will not carry the product inside your home, upstairs, into a room, or through narrow access areas. Please arrange help in advance, or contact us before ordering if you need white-glove service.
