About Maden Well · Est. 2016

Made well,
all the way through.

Anybody can make a thing. We're in the business of making it well — and owning every step after, from the factory floor to the day it's standing in your room and you're glad it's there.

Why We Exist

A name we have to earn with every order.

Maden Well started with a flat-pack table that wobbled the day it was built — and a customer-service line that went cold the day it broke.

We figured the home-goods world had its priorities backwards. It chased the lowest price and the fastest checkout, then treated the parts that actually matter — whether the thing is solid, whether it shows up whole, whether anyone picks up the phone afterward — as someone else's problem.

So we built a company around those parts instead. We control our supply from the mill on out, we run real quality gates before anything ships, and we keep a team on hand to set it up and stand behind it. The name is a promise, and we treat it like one.

How We Work · 01 → 03

From the mill to your room, we own the whole line.

01

A supply chain built deep, not borrowed.

We don't drop-ship and hope. We work hand-in-glove with a vetted bench of partner factories and hold our own inventory in warehouses across the U.S. and U.K. — stock sitting close to you, not an ocean away.

  • Factory-direct
  • 5 fulfillment hubs · US + UK
  • Inventory held local
  • Fair price, no middle markup
02

A range you'll use, built to last.

Lighting, furniture, bath, storage, outdoor, and the small home pieces that pull a room together — thousands of options, one standard. Every SKU clears a real QC gate: materials, finish, hardware torque, and a packaging drop-test before it earns a spot in the catalog.

  • 6 core categories
  • Material & finish checks
  • Hardware & load testing
  • Drop-tested packaging
03

Installed right, backed for years.

The sale isn't done at checkout — it's done when the piece is standing in your room and you love it. We offer white-glove installation, plain-English instructions, and a care team that treats "after the sale" as part of the sale. Warranty, parts, returns: handled by people, not a maze.

  • White-glove install
  • Clear assembly guides
  • 5-yr structural warranty
  • 30-day no-fuss returns

The Makers

The people who sign their work.

Founder & CEO

Eli Mercer

Eli grew up sweeping sawdust in his grandfather's cabinet shop, where the rule was simple: if it leaves the bench, it has your name on it. Years later, watching big-box furniture fall apart in customers' living rooms, he started Maden Well to put that rule back into a business — slower where it counts, honest where it matters.

"Cheap is easy. Well is the hard part — so that's the part we own."

VP, Product & Design

Nora Castellano

An industrial designer by training, Nora spent a decade at a national furniture brand watching good ideas get value-engineered into junk. At Maden Well she runs product the other way around: she'll hold a launch for a month over a wobbly joint or a finish that scratches, because the version that ships is the only one customers ever meet.

"A spec sheet is a promise. I don't like breaking promises."

Head of Supply Chain

Marcus Reyes

Marcus spent fifteen years moving freight before he ever sold a single chair, and it shows. He's the one who built our multi-warehouse network across the U.S. and U.K., negotiated the factory partnerships, and made "in stock and on time" something we can actually put in writing. When a container's late, he already has a plan B.

"Reliability isn't luck. It's a system you build on purpose."

Director of Customer Care

Hannah Okafor

Hannah believes a company shows its real character after the box is open. She built our installation and after-sales program from the ground up — the white-glove crews, the replacement-part pipeline, the no-runaround returns. Her team's quiet goal: solve it in one conversation, and leave you glad you called.

"We're not done when you pay. We're done when you're happy."

The Maden Well Promise

If it carries our name, we stand behind it.

Quality you can feel, a price that's fair, and a real person on the other end if anything's off. Five-year structural warranty, 30-day no-fuss returns, and a care team that picks up. That's the whole deal — no fine print built to lose you.
